Description:

Biennial plant that grows up 15-30cm high. Basal leaves are spathulate, stem leaves lanceolate to narrowly so, up to 3cm long. Flowers blue, 3.5cm or more long with four fringed petal lobes, blooms in late summer.

dry and rocky mountain clearing
