Description:

Striking moth as in the photo. The red eye I think significany but the coloring is also distinctive.

Habitat:

Remote rain forest area ta around 2330 m.

Notes:

Because of the lack of lights in the area, those at the lodge attracted large numbers of nocturnal moths.
