Phoenicurus erythrogastrus
This one has a clear white cap and distinct white patches on the wings. The wing patches have led to its other name: White-winged redstart. Chestnut coloured belly or undersurface. Black chin, neck and wings.
Saw this at NorthPullu, near the 18000+ feet Khardungla Pass. There was a fast flowing snow-melt stream and this bird was happily hopping around on the grass land where yaks grazed.
Redstarts are common in Ladakh; I spotted at least two different species.
