Saw quite a few of these millipedes at a resort in Costa Rica. P.N. user Bayucca helped me narrow this down to the order Polydesmida.

Thank you! It definitely looks like the 2nd and 4th links. I don't think it's the first one because the ones I saw had red legs. I will go ahead and add the order name in the description.
These millipedes are a real nightmare to ID. I am not experienced enough to get very close. It is from the order Polydesmida and it is not Hapaphe sp. and it is not the Python Millipede. There rest is pure speculation.
