Back looks like a mask with orange stripes. The beetle when held in the hand snaps its head. Length: 8.00mm.
This is not a beetle but a froghopper or spittlebug. Superfamily Cercopoidea and most probably family Cercopidae.
Please, do not use descriptive common names in the corresponding field, but only "valid" common names. Fantasy names might irritate the search engines, thanks.
