Spiny Stick Insect, Phasmid - Nymph

Description:

This Spiny Phasmid is very common in Lambir Hills and Haaniella echinata is the biggest in its genus. This particular spotting is around 7 cm, still a Nymph. The Females can grow up to 13 cm in length and she is quite bulky, totally different from the typical Stick Insect.
