according to my research this particular type of butterfly is very territorial. when other butterflies like this comes they start to some how fight in midair.this type of moth always comes and rest in my rooftop. it basks in the sunlight and the heat reflected from the cement floor.

I forgot to say HalleyRai, this is a butterfly and not a moth. You can tell the difference between the large majority of moths and butterflies by looking at their antennae: club-ended for butterflies, feathery or comb-like for moths.
