You have to be careful IDying these guys here in FL because the native Little Leaf Notcher (http://bugguide.net/node/view/109995) looks very much like the much more common introduced Sri Lanka Weevil (http://bugguide.net/node/view/5213). However I'm fairly certain your guy is neither of these, but what I suggested above. By the way same suggestion for the other spotting.
