Description:

Fairly large butterfly. Black wings with ivory spots along outer edges of wings. Blue patches on upper surface of hindwings. Orange and blue spots on underside of hindwings.

Habitat:

Roadside within the park. Partial clearing next to temperate forest. Blydenburgh County Park, NY.
