Black and grey hairy bee like - thought it was ashy mining bee (Andrena cineraria) but in fact a hover fly - possibly Cheilosia illustrata

This is a fly, most likely a hoverfly, not a bee. I can't help beyond that - maybe this guide can help with an ID.
