I am thinking its a Junonia orithya (previously known as : Precis orithya) Blue Argus or Blue Pansy NYMPHALINAE , But not 100% -Photo was taken in Darwin NT Australia.

In Australia it is found in the Northern Territory, North West Australia, Torres Strait Islands, Queensland, and New South Wales. You can edit your spotting and fill in the common and scientific names fields accordingly.
