Very invasive. I find little sprouts of this tree/bush all over my yard. I absolutely hate it. Looks like a fern, fast growing, and annoying.

What is it and how do I get rid of it.

I was told by a co-worked that this is a Golden Rain Tree. Can someone confirm?
