Saw this hopper in a clump of bushes beside the road, on the eastern side of Lake Arenal, Costa Rica.

Cicadellidae, Cicadellinae, Proconiini, Diestostemma sp.
I would not dare to ID yours from a museum specimen, however, there are obviously only 2 Diestostemma species recorded from Costa Rica, which looks a little bit curious: Schmidtii and Rugicollis. There might be more around...?
