Hyla chrysoscelis
Small but not tiny, green on top with a border of grey around the body and legs, belly is white.
This may also be Hyla versicolor--it's almost indistinguishable from H. chrysoscelis. The only differentiating traits are their mating calls and their number of chromosomes.
