Instead of suggesting the ID for your own spotting, you should go into 'edit this spotting' and put the common name and latin name there and it will no longer be an 'unknown spotting'.

this looks like a specie of Arum, a little bit like Arrow Arum but I'm not 100% sure but it at least gives you somewhere to start...
