The bird look like the Eurasian tree sparrow https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/10..., but the adult male has a grey crown, chocolate-brown neck and head sides. It has a black throat and a black patch that extends down the upper chest.
The house sparrow is strongly associated with human habitation.
