Habitat:

This greater yellowlegs was found along the edges of Darby creek in PA, a freshwater tidal marsh habitat just inside the boundaries of the John Heinz NWR.

Notes:

This bird was feeding by running through the swallow water, skimming the surface with it's open bill. Photographed from a kayak.
