Diplacodes luminans
Marshy edges of protected savanna/woodlands of Mukuvisi, outskirts of Harare, Zimbabwe.
Many thanks to Tukup for the help in IDing this species.
Many thanks Tukup, I really appreciate it. That looks very right to me, perfect fit - you should go ahead and make the suggestion.
Once again, thanks.
Hi Zlatan. I've been trying to dig up the ID of this dragonfly. I came up with Diplacodes luminans. It is found in Zimbabwe. The colors appear a little more intense, but the markings on the tail and what I can see are the same. Just thought I'd see what you think, but not confident enough to make a formal ID suggestion.
