Perichares sp.
Is a butterfly of the Hesperiidae family. Adults feed on the nectar of various pink, purple or white flowers.
It is found in the United States from Georgia east to Texas, south to Florida, south through Mexico and Central America to Venezuela and Colombia.
I got stung by a small black ant twice while trying to take those pictures!

It is not Lerema sp., but Perichares sp.

Its Skipper too. Common Gray I think with streak of white dots on wings....!!
These butterflies are very fast and flower friendly..!!
