This moth is relatively new to the US and was introduced through FL. The caterpillar eats oleanders. The adult moth flies during the day. This picture is under natural lighting.

I think that it might be a tarantula hawk wasp. Can't tell the difference between pepsis formosa and pepsis thisbe. Would Spider Wasp (Pompilidae) be considered sufficient?
Woah! Look at those longs legs. Some strange moth maybe?
