Hyla versicolor
Grey tree frogs, also known as the eastern tree frog is yellowish on its underside which you can see on the streached out leg. "Sticky" feet pads to enable it to climb vertical surfaces.
Located, appropriately enough, at Frog Pond Village, which is a wedding venue.
I confess that I moved the frog off a fence for a better picture.
