Description:

The plant grows up to ~80cm and has a several nice bright blue coloured blossoms (diameter 2-4 cm) and has a hairy stem. Some varieties are culivated for salad leaves or even as coffee substitute.

You can find it on many side of roads, pathes, fields and.... in Europe, North Amerika and Australia
