Description:

Leafhopper with metallic bronze, turquoise blue and white bands. About 5 mm in length. Family Cicadellidae.

Habitat:

Rancho Nuevo, a park 10 km west of San Cristobal de Las Casas (pictures1, 2 and 3). The nymph was about 2 mm long. The specimen in pictures 4 and 5 is from Arcotete Park, 6 km north of San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, 2,200 meters
