Empidonax traillii
Wing bars aren't evident in this photo. Identified from voice; it was calling repeatedly.
I've never even heard of 'willows' before :)
I definitely love getting a look at our local flycatchers. Phoebes and kingbirds are easy to spot, but the Empidonax flycatchers are sometimes tough to see. The Willow Flycatchers are easy to hear, though, with their little cartoon bird sneezes.
Ain't he a little Beauty?!:)I love Flycatchers :)
