Many raptors pass through Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt during migration. Most pass at Ras Mohamed, but many also come through and stop at the Golf course, or in this case at the water treatment plant.

Yep, not much water to be found (same here in Kuwait, not sure how these guys manage it)
