I spotted this cool looking plant hopper on my dwarf Willow in my front garden. I've never seen one like this. I only caught a few pictures from a distance, I zoomed in and cropped the photo for a better view.

Sure Cindy, that sounds like an interesting mission, planthoppers are so cool. I'm in China right now and internet is slow at best but as soon as I can get the time or a better connection, I will add my spottings.

I think its may be similar Horned treehopper (Centrotus cornutus)
