Black Vulture

Coragyps atratus

Description:

The Black Vulture is a scavenger and feeds on carrion, but will also eat eggs or kill newborn animals. In areas populated by humans, it also feeds at garbage dumps. Vultures have the storngest stomage acids they can eat almost anything.

Habitat:

They can be found easly on citys due to garbage and roadkills.

Notes:

This bird was found with a friend, a turkey vulture friend. taken with a 300mm.
