Acacia leaf beetle

Peltoschema suturalis

Description:

A green acacia leaf beetle with ribbed elytra and red stripe and bum. I've been looking for this one for some time. It is larger and more vivid in real life than I expected.

Habitat:

On Golden Wattle Nature reserve My Lofty

Thanks Leuba.
It seems they come in yellow too.
They are recorded as common although that is not the case here.
