I only have my iPhone with me and I only remember the bicolored pronotum in Diva, which yours is not. I will check it when I come back from my meeting.

Definitely red bands and not brown, so I believe that makes it E. diva. I have both in my yard. :-)

Cicadellidae, Typhlocybinae, Erythroneura sp. and in my eyes Erythroneura tricincta and not Erythroneura diva.
