It is a diurnal butterfly but it was sleeping posted on an abandoned wasp nest.

Lovely, Marta! This is a moth in the Geometridae family. Subfamily might be Ennominae, and possibly Euchlaena.
I don´t know if coincidence but I saw the same type of butterfly during daylight and it is indeed yellow color.
The butterfly is the same color of the wasp nest, coincidence?
