Description:

Leaf lichen. 5cm wide. Grey when dry, green when wetted. Black warts on surface.

Habitat:

Moss, humus, decaying logs, rocks. Forested areas.

Notes:

These organisms can extract nitrogen from the air. Caribou forage for this lichen in winter. This lichen can be boiled to make a wash for treating chapped skin on adults' feet and babies' bottoms.

That's great...I don't think we have anyone that focuses on Medicinal plants...you will be a great addition.
