Looks to be sulfur tuft, Naematoloma fasciculare, but that's only from the pictures. I've seen through the descriptions that they can be yellow-orange when young, with a darker yellow-brown to orange-brown center.

Thx both for yourr suggests...I am not quite sure...these looked (as you can see in the first picture) very orange. As for Honey fungi they should have spread their caps in this state already...Schwefelköpfe could be but as I mentioned these are quite a bit too orange for it...

hypholoma - fasiculare / capnoides or sublateritium. those 3 species ressemble each other very close, so i let it to you to decide. but i'm sure its one of the 3 . "schwefelköpfe" sulphur-mushrooms
