Pterostylis recurva
south western Australia
Hi Celine. Unfortunately I only really have a good sense of the Tasmanian orchids, and I can safely say this is not one of them. A good source for WA wild flowers is Esperance wildflowers: http://esperancewildflowers.blogspot.com...
Yep Craig, every time I think I've got the classifications down, they go and change them. Bunochilus, Pterostylis, huh? I think we've found six (maybe seven) different greenhoods on our place. I love them. This year was really good one for the moth orchids and sun orchids. But other than the noddies, greenhoods never really got going.
Missed this yesterday, it's fabulous! Is this what you saw near the Sundew?
I know some Australian orchid taxonomists changed a lot of their names two or three years ago, & this may well not be a Pterostylis anymore.
