Enchoria lacteata
A small moth with wavy bands of tan, brown, black and white.
I spotted several of these moths as I was walking trails thru conifer forest.
I had someone send me a photo of one of these on 3/17/19 for ID. At first, I made the mistake of identifying it as a Variable Carpet moth (https://bugguide.net/node/view/161214), but if you study emergence records and look more closely at wing detail, you can see the Enchoria lacteata ID is a better match.
