It's a very Tiny snail kind of species. Size is around 5-10mm only.
I spotted it in a flower pot.

yes u r right chetan kushwaha ........... it's exactly the same species. I also fount it in a flower pot in my hometown in Jharkhand.
So looks like they are somewhat common. Do let me know if you identify it.
