Description:

The Chestnut-mandibled Toucan, or Swainson’s Toucan (Ramphastos ambiguus swainsonii) is a near-passerine bird which breeds from eastern Honduras to northern Colombia to western Ecuador.

Habitat:

Seen in the garden of the Mawamba Lodge in Tortuguero.
