Hallo Sarah, I just checked several pictures in the web and I saw other hornet nests with amost no holes, just small openings. It looks like as it would be hornet nests.
Hmmmm....that's interesting....I will research some more & see what I can come up with, Saarbrigger!!
I thought first too it's a hornet net, but the picture I could find in the net had a big hole and these "construction" have no hole at all.
I believe they are hornet nests, too...Alice...I searched the web & couldn't find any details, except for similar pictures. Nice spotting, Saarbrigger!!
They look like hornet nests, but I would want that confirmed by someone else.
