Spotted on goldenrod bordering an open field and wetlands.
It's pretty cool to see how the spikes on the nymphs become lumps on the adult.
Indeed they are! The nymphs are very 'spikey', as can be seen here.http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/685...They look like they are all set to go to a Judas Priest (a British heaby metal band) concert. :-)
