Desert Hairy Scorpion

Hadrurus arizonensis

Description:

Tan body with a slightly darker back. It is covered in hairs that help it detect vibrations in the soil. This is the threat posture, I thought it was going to tumble over it had it's tail so far up!

Habitat:

Found crossing the road in the desert.
