I think it is Porcelain fungus, but I'm not sure. I don't have an image of the top right now, but it was bright white and a bit wet and sticky.

i think you can be sure, we have here in netherland not much similiar fungi. oudemansiella mucida (heb je het al in de gaten: ik zeg alltijd : "oude-man-.....".) nice btw, when i try that, my camera does always makes the background too bright.

I was pleased to find it rather high on a tree. It gave me the opportunity to get a good angle on the bottom without having to force myself belly down in the mud :-)
