In a dead oak tree. It looks like Turkey Tail but it has a more red color than others, I don´t know if it is the same.

Thank you Lars, I had a Telephoto lens and I could not get closer.
I think this is a Stereum type fungus, not a Turkey Tail.
Looks like a Stereum hirsutum.
