A medium-sized, predatory, gray songbird with stout conical bird and black face mask and wings.
Seen in downtown Eureka along the fence line just west of our local Costco. Likely the same bird seen at Creighton & Ocean just to the south about a month before. (Also see photo of that bird in my collection.)
