Notes:

these were taken from really far away so sorry about the photo quality. I'm thinking peregrine but it could be kestrel or merlin. they were large and there were about five flying over one was chasing a grackle and diving while doing it (thus peregrine) and they have thin wings with a long tail. the last two photos look a bit off this one had a weird tail but it could just be damage.
