Enallagma sp.
This is either Enallagma boreale or Enallagma annexum. You have to examine with magnification the male's appendages or the female's mesostigmal plates to tell them apart. The two species are not separable in the field.

Haha! I've been to busy outside shooting all year to post my images. I'm just digging into my backload of over a thousand (or two!) pics from this year.
