Check out my picture of one with legs. The thing is that three I found have legs and the other 3 do not. It takes bullfrogs 2/3 years to develop into frogs, right? So why do only half of the ones I found in the same location have legs?
It's 2-3". Is it a leopard frog or bullfrog?
So should I just put it down as a melanistic slider? I have a lot of sliders in my lake it really could be any. Thanks again for all your help and involvement on Project Noah! I've learned so much through it. 😄
I think you're right! Is it a melanistic red eared slider maybe? I agree it looked like a slider.
Yeah, I'm so sorry for the poor quality. I only had an iPod with me at the moment. Are there any other details you need to be sure?
I was wondering about that, but don't snapping turtle have more pronounced scoots? This turtle has a smoother shell and is pretty small.
Thank you so much! How can you tell which flycatcher species it is?
