Looks like a Brilliant Forest Frog (Lithobates warszewitschii). Would need a better picture to say for sure. White line running along the lower lip to the arm suggests this as an ID.

You got it. Pop in the scientific name Nerodia sipedon so it gets removed from the unidentified list.

Nice spotting, this is a juvenile. When they get older the webbing on their hands and feet will be bright red.

I believe bayucca and Ashley are correct with a juvenile H. rosenbergi. Green bones present and mottled coloration. I'm going to +1 that too.
