Most likely, this is Jatropha integerrima :D

Hi! It's Euphorbia milli, and it may look like a cactus, but it belongs to a different family, Euphorbiaceae.
oh-yeah :D
It's Jatropha interrigima :D
Yep, it's M. magnifica.
It's also a bromeliad... I found an ID'd spotting of this species, but I can remember where I found it...
It's Cordyline fruticosa :D. Please write the scientific name properly po, with the first letter of the first name capitalized. Thank you! (It's OC, but that's how citizen scientists should roll :D)
Probably not P. jeffreyi. The eagle isn't kept anywhere near the Cordilleras or Sierra Madre, since it can't be coaxed into making a nest in these mountain ranges. They can be seen in Mindanao or Samar-Leyte, but not Luzon (exc. in zoos). Please consider double-checking.
Commelina benghalensis is more common in the Phils :D.
