OK... I have had this labeled as a Voodoo Lilly for the last several months. But I need some input, as I can find NO voodoo lilly on the internet that looks like this!

The blooms are up now, took pics just a while ago. The "bloom" is around a foot tall or a bit more and apparently come up before the green foliage does.

Any help definitely identifying this strange little plant would be appreciated!

Looks much like an oak gall.

LOVE the first pic... poor little thing looks like a leggy accident waiting to happen. I'm sure they are very sure footed, though! Super cute!!
