It was decided that were she returned to the wild her untreated epilepsy would kill her very quickly . When turtles fit ..they lock up their flippers and sink like a stone,so she would have drowned. It was put to a conservation board on what to do , and they thought giving her a chance to live a long life was important :)
Thanks ^_^ , I don't know what it is about them , but butterflies..once they are accustomed to you are really quite playful! A day in the garden with them is certainly not a wasted one :)
No worries :) . They are very much like pine needles ..I believe it is a tree of African descent as it was a gift to the town many years ago .But that's as much as I know . Beautiful tree regardless though! :)
