It's a specimen of Utetheisa pulchella, distributed in Europe (as a migrant), in the Afrotropical ecozone, in North Africa and in other parts of the world.

For some technical reason it's not possible to suggest an ID. Thus, I am doing it via a comment:
It looks like a specimen of the Parent Bug Elasmucha grisea - with a deviant coloration.
The specimen cannot be determined unequivocally to species level. Thus, it is better to stay with Tongorma sp.
